Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI and Robotics products, aligning with the company's goals for 2026 and future milestones.
- Architect Future Systems: Design robust, scalable, and secure architectures for autonomous systems and advanced neural networks.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
- Talent Development: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for investors, executives, and partners.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks; experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into viable product strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, open-ended engineering challenges.
