Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology & AI Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Future Tech trends.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their viability for strategic business integration.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype and validate future-state solutions.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for innovation projects.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure Nexus Horizons remains a market leader in futuristic tech adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, AI, or Product Management.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
