Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing legacy systems.
- R&D Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing concepts) and prototype viable solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Management: Select and manage partnerships with leading technology providers to ensure optimal tooling and infrastructure.
- Thought Leadership: Publish white papers, speak at industry conferences, and mentor junior architects on future trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or strategic product architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a strong understanding of MLOps pipelines.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and integrating them into business strategies with measurable ROI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, scalable architectural solutions.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
