- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends and evaluate their potential impact on Nexus Horizons' product lines and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key technology vendors, research institutions, and thought leaders in the tech community.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead cross-functional teams in the adoption of futuristic technologies, ensuring clear communication of complex technical concepts.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal hackathons and R&D initiatives to prototype and validate concepts for the 2026 era.
- Investment Strategy: Assess the viability of new tech stacks and infrastructure investments to ensure long-term scalability and ROI.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential disruptions in the tech landscape and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate high-level concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
