Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-term technology strategy that aligns with the company’s vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, IoT, AR/VR, Blockchain) to identify high-value opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Strategic Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive market research and trend analysis to predict industry shifts, ensuring the organization remains ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-Suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate strategic vision into operational reality.
- Investment Planning: Define the criteria for technology investments and R&D initiatives, assessing risk and potential ROI for long-term projects.
- Innovation Advocacy: Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by championing new ideas and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting with a focus on long-term visioning.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think critically about future trends and translate abstract concepts into concrete business strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making at the executive level.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex strategic data to diverse audiences.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of current and upcoming technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Data Analytics.
