Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives

- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory shifts to inform strategic R&D investments
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology ROI and innovation maturity
- Champion ethical tech adoption and sustainability initiatives across product development
- Present strategic briefings to the board and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 5-7 innovation specialists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Track record of launching at least two enterprise-level tech transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, CTA) or cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks and ethical AI governance
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
