Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive, data-driven strategic plan outlining key technology initiatives, milestones, and investments required to achieve our long-term vision.
- Identify Emerging Trends: Continuously monitor and analyze emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Spatial Computing, Quantum Readiness) and evaluate their potential impact on our industry.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analyses of competitor strategies and technological advancements to identify gaps and opportunities for Nexus Future Systems.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for investors, board members, and operational teams to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Innovation Incubation: Lead pilot programs and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for high-potential technologies to validate their ROI before full-scale deployment.
- Future-Proofing: Assess regulatory, ethical, and security implications of future tech trends to ensure sustainable and responsible growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), or a related technical field. Ph.D. is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or senior leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies (5-10 year horizons) and successfully executing them.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including SaaS, Cloud Architecture, AI/ML, and Web3.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and inspire teams with a compelling vision.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.
