Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions and regulatory changes
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business transformation goals
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with venture capital firms and innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech verticals
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Manage a portfolio of pilot programs for 2026-ready technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 or hyper-growth environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in futures methodologies and trend analysis
- Certified in technology foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and board-level communication
