- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with focus on AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions in partnership with MIT, Stanford, and NASA research teams
- Translate emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI) into scalable business models
- Develop strategic partnerships with quantum hardware startups and generative AI pioneers
- Present technology foresight briefings to the board and C-suite leadership quarterly
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in AI, quantum computing, or emerging tech ecosystems
- Executive presence with demonstrated success influencing C-suite decisions and board presentations
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, IEEE) or top-tier tech publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Technology Innovation with PhD preferred
- Track record of launching industry-first initiatives with measurable market impact
- Deep understanding of Web4.0 architecture, quantum-resistant cryptography, and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams and global innovation ecosystems
