- Direct cross-functional teams in building prototype systems for 5+ year implementation horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Create predictive models for technological adoption curves and market disruption
- Present vision frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech scalability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated impact on 5+ year future roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex tech transitions
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology applications
