Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present future tech strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies across the organization
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products/services with 5+ years
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
