Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and communicate a long-term technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and industry trends, specifically focusing on the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to determine their viability for the company.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with C-suite executives to translate technical possibilities into actionable business strategies and investment plans.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of strategists, engineers, and product managers, fostering a culture of creativity and forward-thinking.
- R&D Management: Oversee research initiatives and partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to stay at the forefront of innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and compellingly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI/ML leadership, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), robotics, and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing and executing long-term technology strategies that drive business growth.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
