Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for technology adoption leading up to and beyond 2026, focusing on AI, Automation, and Quantum Readiness.
- Emerging Technology Assessment: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging tech trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering leads, and product managers to align technical strategies with business goals and budget constraints.
- Strategic Planning: Develop detailed implementation plans for new technologies, including feasibility studies, pilot programs, and scaling strategies.
- Vendor & Partnership Strategy: Evaluate and manage relationships with key technology partners and vendors to ensure optimal value and integration.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 3 years specifically focused on strategic planning or futurism.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), AI/ML models, and data governance.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving change within large organizations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
