Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap in collaboration with C-Suite leadership.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (Quantum, AI, Web3).
- Lead the architectural design for scalable, secure, and future-proof systems.
- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for innovation and R&D.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with novel tech adoption.
- Collaborate with product managers to align technical strategy with business goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Technical Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading strategic technical initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
