Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business objectives for the year 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and identify disruptive technologies that could impact our industry within the next 24 months.
- R&D Strategy: Spearhead research and development initiatives to evaluate emerging tech stacks and their potential for integration.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technical visions into actionable strategies for C-suite executives and engineering teams.
- Performance Modeling: Build models to predict tech debt and scalability requirements for future growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Legal, and Operations to ensure regulatory compliance and technical feasibility.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Enterprise Architecture, or Product Management within the Tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Deep understanding of Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML fundamentals, and Blockchain basics.
