Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Develop a comprehensive, long-term technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and anticipates market shifts for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Future-Proofing Analysis: Continuously monitor emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing, Bio-tech) to assess their potential impact and integration opportunities.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead internal innovation labs and hackathons to foster a culture of experimentation and creative problem-solving.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, C-suite executives, and investors.
- Vendor & Ecosystem Strategy: Evaluate and select strategic technology partners and vendors that align with the 2026 vision.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize IT budgets and resource allocation to ensure maximum ROI on emerging technology investments.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of evolving data privacy and ethical AI regulations to ensure long-term viability.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Strategic Planning, or Digital Transformation leadership roles.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies, with a specific focus on AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, and Automation.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among diverse groups of engineers, designers, and business leaders.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and driving results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
