Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies poised to disrupt the industry by 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Engineering) to integrate future-forward solutions into current product lifecycles.
- Oversee pilot programs for advanced technologies, measuring impact and scaling successful initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical visions to stakeholders and C-suite executives to drive buy-in and investment.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the technological landscape to ensure agile adaptation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering on forward-looking initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and/or Next-Gen Infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
