Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key innovation vectors for business growth.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends, from AI integration to quantum computing, to advise leadership on potential disruptions and opportunities.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the pilot programs and proof-of-concept phases for emerging technologies to ensure feasibility and ROI.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor technology stacks and future capabilities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with tech partners, startups, and academic institutions to foster innovation ecosystems.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget and talent towards high-priority futuristic projects and infrastructure upgrades.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or director-level role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR, Edge Computing) and their potential business applications.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing long-term technology strategies that align with broader business goals.
