- Mentor PhD-level researchers in emerging tech disciplines
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ future-tech patents
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI systems from lab to market
- Expertise in sustainable tech lifecycle management (cradle-to-cradle)
