Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of our technology vision for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Continuously monitor, analyze, and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead internal innovation labs and pilot programs to test futuristic concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product teams, and external partners to secure buy-in for bold, future-oriented initiatives.
- Financial Modeling: Develop comprehensive business cases and ROI projections for future tech investments, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential disruptions and regulatory changes in the tech landscape to mitigate risks for the organization.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Strategic Planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and market signals to forecast future scenarios.
- Communication: Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Adaptability: A track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments requiring rapid pivots and innovative thinking.
