Responsibilities

- Lead research and feasibility studies into emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing, Synthetic Data).
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate future-forward solutions into current pipelines.
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to predict disruptive opportunities.
- Present quarterly insights and long-term projections to the executive board.
- Identify potential regulatory and ethical challenges for future tech implementations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior technical leadership or strategic planning role.
- Proven track record of long-term technology forecasting and scenario planning.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and advanced data architectures.
- Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams through innovation cycles.
