Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the company's comprehensive technological vision for the year 2026 and the subsequent decade.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) and determine their applicability to business goals.
- Oversee the 'Future Labs' initiative, managing pilots for experimental technologies.
- Develop strategic partnerships with tech innovators, startups, and research institutions.
- Advocate for ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology practices in all future planning.
- Communicate complex future strategies to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing breakthrough technologies.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and current tech stack trends.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to forecast long-term market trends.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
