Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and decentralized systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, etc.) and assess commercial viability for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for future tech adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate breakthrough technologies from concept to market
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing principles
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation for disruptive technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
