Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum security protocols
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor innovation lab teams on future-proofing technology architectures
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Track record of successfully launching tech products with 5+ year lifecycles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Technology, or similar journals
