Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 5+ in C-suite advisory roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Proven track record scaling AI systems to >100M user bases
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) and AI Ethics (AIE)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for APAC/LATAM expansion
- Patent portfolio with ≥3 granted AI/quantum patents
- Experience with UN SDG tech implementation frameworks
