Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, etc.)
- Analyze emerging technologies (AGI, neural interfaces, climate tech) for commercial viability and competitive advantage
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks affecting 2026+ innovation landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or product development with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/climate tech products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and patent analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of Web3, neuromorphic computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) required
