Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify paradigm-shifting innovations
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen digital ecosystems and sustainable tech solutions
- Present strategic blueprints to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3 infrastructure)
- Proven track record of commercializing disruptive innovations in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
