- Collaborate with governments on policy for emerging tech adoption
- Drive R&D initiatives in bio-digital convergence and climate tech
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in quantum computing or neural networks
- Proven track record scaling AI systems beyond 10M users
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Experience with carbon-negative technology implementation
- Strong background in futures forecasting methodologies
