Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy with KPI-driven implementation plans
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, bio-convergence, AR/VR) for commercial opportunities
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Collaborate with global partners on future tech standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, bio-tech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Strong understanding of tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
