Responsibilities

- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through strategic proposals
- Partner with UN agencies on ethical AI governance frameworks
- Drive adoption of AR/VR infrastructure in smart cities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- PhD in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Security clearance (Top Secret) preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish required for global initiatives
