Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate technological disruptions and competitive threats
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (blockchain, generative AI, metaverse)Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation (preferred)
