Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform 3-5 year product strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes and MVPs for future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with R&D to identify commercialization pathways for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and investors with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech sectors
- Develop KPIs for measuring innovation pipeline success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching tech products in emerging markets
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
