Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology

- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to launch
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neural interfaces, or synthetic biology
