Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives post-2020
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK)
- Security clearance preferred for classified projects
