Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in future tech landscapes
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical tech implementation and governance
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members with data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of executing future-focused roadmaps (2020-2025+)
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Strong quantitative modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry forums
