Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Neuroscience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI systems to 10M+ users
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing hardware (superconducting, ion trap)
- Certification in Futurism from Singularity University or equivalent
