- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption of next-gen technologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and shape industry discourse
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies
- Secure partnerships with quantum/AI research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 2026+ vision implementation
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech architecture
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience scaling innovations from concept to enterprise deployment
- Certifications in AI strategy, cloud architecture, or quantum fundamentals
- Track record of securing >$5M in innovation funding
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#)
- PhD in CS/Engineering or equivalent demonstrable expertise
