Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech strategies into enterprise operations
- Develop patent-pending innovations in sustainable computing and climate-positive tech
- Present findings to industry leaders at global forums like Web Summit and TechCrunch Disrupt
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital with focus on emerging technologies
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies with >$100M market impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting frameworks
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members in high-growth environments
