You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop forward-looking strategies that align with our mission to redefine human-machine interaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial web)
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Mentor a team of 12 engineers and researchers in future-focused disciplines
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3, or biotechnology
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Experience scaling technology teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology roadmapping
