Responsibilities
- Design and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead quantum computing/AI integration initiatives for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging tech (synthetic biology, neurotech, etc.)
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Partner with MIT/Stanford labs on joint research ventures
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 12+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering or MBA
- Published research in IEEE/Nature on emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture
- Strong network with DARPA/NASA innovation ecosystems
