Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Drive partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic institutions for R&D collaboration
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board of directors with data-backed insights
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget and resource allocation for high-impact initiatives
- Anticipate global tech disruptions and recommend adaptive strategies for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation management
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable technology adoption
- Executive presence with successful track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Experience with venture capital or corporate incubation frameworks
