- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and investor boards with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation team focused on long-term impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience scaling innovation teams and managing R&D budgets >$5M
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, Tableau, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
