Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $1M+ budgets
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and ethical tech principles
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred)
- Experience with blockchain and decentralized systems implementation
- Validated ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
