Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives from concept to market validation
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Establish KPIs and metrics for measuring technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investment committees
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry innovators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum/AI/biotech/energy)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technical and market scenarios
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Experience working with global tech ecosystems and regulatory frameworks
