- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and venture capital firms
- Present technology strategies and investment proposals to the executive board and stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and market adoption rates
- Champion ethical AI development and responsible innovation principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, biotech, advanced AI)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futures research
