Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead market intelligence initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption horizons
- Architect innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs in emerging domains
- Partner with C-suite to align tech investments with business transformation goals and ESG principles
- Build and mentor a future-tech task force of specialists across AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-machine collaboration
- Drive competitive analysis through scenario planning for technology disruption vectors
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5-year horizon execution
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization in at least two emerging domains
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to revenue-generating products
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology principles
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
