- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging technologies and patent landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage technology innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Partner with academic institutions for R&D initiatives
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices in product development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Proven track record launching disruptive tech products ($100M+ impact)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese (for APAC partnerships)
