Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps anticipating 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI agents, biotech interfaces, AR ecosystems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into current offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and track ROI for experimental initiatives
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technology roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to business leaders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
