Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3+ year implementation horizons
- Identify emerging tech trends through global research partnerships and market analysis
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive innovation sprints using agile methodologies for future-proof product development
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum computing applications for real-world problems
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding from federal or private sources
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Global network connections with tech incubators and research institutions
