Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, prioritizing breakthrough innovations
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AGI) and translate into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Partner with venture capital to identify and acquire disruptive startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futures research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations to enterprise level
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
